Your information stays yours.

PokéDaé operates pokedae.com and the PokéDaé newsletter and PDI beta signup. This policy explains what information is collected, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you join the newsletter or PDI beta list, we collect your email address, your email consent and confirmation records, and any optional first name you provide.

If you choose to request a free Pokémon TCG card or participate in a mailed giveaway, we may also collect your free card selection, favorite Pokémon, recipient name, street address, apartment or unit, city, state or region, postal code, and country. These mailing fields are optional unless you ask us to send something to you.

Our hosting provider, GitHub Pages, may log technical information such as your IP address and request details for security and service operation. Google reCAPTCHA may process technical information to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we use your information

We use your email information to provide the PDI beta access, Pokémon news, restock alerts, event information, monthly Pokémon calendar, and newsletters you requested. We use mailing information only to prepare, send, and resolve delivery questions for a free card, prize, or giveaway. We may use nonaddress preferences, such as favorite Pokémon, country, or broad region, to better understand the PokéDaé audience.

Who processes your information

Brevo processes signup information, consent records, confirmation emails, and newsletters on our behalf. GitHub Pages hosts the website. Google provides reCAPTCHA protection. Postal carriers receive the mailing details needed to deliver an item. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy and security terms.

PokéDaé does not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose information only to operate the services you request, protect the site, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed. Exact street addresses and mailing label names will normally be deleted within 90 days after an item is shipped, unless they are temporarily needed to resolve delivery, prevent giveaway abuse, or meet a legal requirement. We may keep nonaddress preference information after removing details that directly identify you.

Age requirements

The signup is intended for people age 13 or older. Children under 13 should not submit the form or provide personal information. Trainers ages 13 through 17 should ask a parent or guardian for permission before requesting a mailed item or entering a mailing address. If we learn that information was submitted by a child under 13, we will delete it.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing dae@pokedae.com. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Security

We use HTTPS, account protections, consent records, double confirmation, and spam protection to help safeguard information. No internet service can promise perfect security. Do not submit passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, or other information that the form does not request.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as PokéDaé grows or its services change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
