Pokémon Family Community + Jason Paige
Donations are already rolling in from the Pokémon Family Community, and Jason Paige — the voice behind the original Pokémon theme song — joined the fun with 200 custom cards for Riley kids! He even added a separate group of signed and personalized Pokémon cards to help make the drive extra special.
JASON WAS READY TO SHOW UP BIG
We were hoping Jason could come join us in person, perform for the kids, sign cards right there on the spot, and be a part of the drive with us. With a new baby on the way, the timing just did not work out this time — but he still found a pretty awesome way to show his support from afar.
Even from afar, Jason helped us add a little more Pokémon joy to the drive. We are hoping to use the signed and personalized cards to raise even more for Riley, including a possible silent auction with 100% of the money raised going directly to the Riley fundraiser.
